Just me
in the sea
with the dogs
on the shore
keeping watch
while I
wander through the water
like a captured cloud
like a tossed tennis ball
neither flotsam
nor jetsam
just floating parts
and jiggly bits
spending an hour
buoyed by
the ripply sea.
